Product Name:Blue Shield (PRO-C),use for wall primers

The product is made up of purely natural vegetal materials. It is mainly used as the priming and for leveling treatment for the internal wall surface of a building to make the wall surface level and smooth. It has the features of strong adhesion and fineness.

APPLICATION SCOPE:

Used as priming and leveling treatment for the surface of inner wall.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD:   Plastering     

THEORETICAL PAINT CONSUMPTION  (30microns DFT):

6-15 square meters/barrel/three times. The actual consumption may be different due to different dilution proportions, construction methods, wall roughness, and construction environments. 

DILUTION: In order to achieve the best coating effect, the product can be diluted by adding 35%~40% clean water. The product shall be stirred even before being used. It is the best practice to filter the product.

FUNCTIONS:

PREPARATION:

Surface Treatment    For Newly-built Wall:You have to remove any surface nibs, grease and loose mortar, and fill holes in time. Allow the wall clean, dry and flat      For Pre-painted Wall:Eradication the loose film on old walls, clear the surface dust and impurities, grind, clean and thorough dry.

Surface Texture     Do ensure the surface moisture ≤10%, Ph<10     Pre-coated substrate surface must be firm, dry, clean, smooth and non-loose materials.

DRYING TIME (AT 25℃)

3 hours to dry the surface, and 8 hours to dry and harden the layer.  An interval of at least 8 hours is needed for recoating. It takes 2 days in summer, 3 days in winter, and appropriately prolonged time in humid whether for completely hardening the layer.

APPLICATION CONDITION:

Do not apply paint on wet or cold days (Temperature below 5℃, relative hu-midity greater than 85%). Otherwise, desired results cannot be obtained.

MAINTENANCE TIME: Two  days at 25℃. In case of humid whether or too low temperature, the time shall be appropriately prolonged to achieve the best effect.

CLEAN:During the pause of the coating or after the coating is complete, please promptly clean all utensils with clear water.

STORAGE:

The product shall be stored in a shady, cool, dry, and airy place at 0-35℃. The product shall be kept airtight for storage after the can is opened.

Please Separate, Cover And Shelter Wooden Products And The Wall Region Effectively, In Order To Maintain Construction Site Clean, And Ensure The Best Coating Results. To Avoid Confusion In The Construction Operation, Please Apply Latex Only After Wood Paint Is Dry.

There is no any harmful substance such as heavy metal in the product. It conforms to the latest national standard of the limit of harmful substances in inside wall paints and China’s technical requirements of environmentproducts.
