Diatom Ooze construction steps:

1. Roll the alkali primer;

2. Putty the material for the first,ensure cover the whole wall;

3. Putty the material for the second time,before the surface is dry, to create the venture; 

4. Using the small wood to create different venture ;

5. Such as the “Stripe”effect, to putty from up to down before the material is dry, then polish the surface.

6. If required the stripe is uniformly,may using the level ruler to make the parallel.

THEORY OF CONSUMPTION  (30 micrometers DFT):

25-45 square meters/barrel, The actual floor space under construction may be different due to different dilution ratio, construction methods, wall roughness, construction technology and construction environment.

The construction steps

1,Underlying Treatment     

For Newly-built Wall:You have to remove the surface dusts and loose marl, gap repair timely, ensure that the wall is neat, dry , smooth and flat then polish the wall(PRO-C material series),clean the wall with water . Roll coating with GOL-S(strengthen the adhesion between bottom layer materials and the surface layer materials effectively)

For Pre-painted Wall:Eradicate the loose film on old walls, clear the surface dust and impurities, grind, clean and thorough dry the wall. polish the wall(PRO-C material series),clean the wall with water . Roll coating with GOL-S(strengthen the adhesion between bottom layer materials and the surface layer materials effectively)

2. Surface construction

Dilution:  dilute with pure water, about 5%-20%,

According to actual construction process requirement to add water to dilute in order to achieve the best coating effect ,stir well before use, filter it even the better .clean the wall and dry it thoroughly, ensure the surface moisture ≤10%, PH<10,Pre-coated substrate surface must be firm, dry, clean, smooth and non-loose,color with Meter Sunshine then start to spraying or coating.

Coating times :Blue Shield(PRO-C) twice, Golden Shield(GOL-S) once

Coating times:Meter Sunshine roll coating or spraying twice to third times

DRYING TIME (AT 25℃)

dry to touch:4h 

dry through:8h

recoating: At least 8 hours interval(fully concretionary,2 days in summer,4 days in winter , appropriate extension the recoating time in wet weather )

Construction conditions:

Please don't get the cases of construction in wet or cold weather (temperature below 5℃, the relative humidity is greater than 85%), otherwise it can not achieve the desired effect of the painting.

MAINTENANCE TIME: Seven days at 25℃. In case of humid whether or the temperature is too low, the time shall be appropriately prolonged to get the best effect.

CLEAN:During the pause of the coating or after the coating is complete, please promptly clean all utensils with clear water.

STORAGE:

The product shall be stored in a shady, cool, dry, and airy place at 5-35℃. The product shall be kept airtight for storage after the can is opened.
