About Maple Wood:
Hard maple is creamy white with a reddish brown tinge. The heartwood varies from light to dark reddish brown. Dark reddish brown heartwood clearly varies according to the area of growth. Colored spots may be seen in both the sapwood and heartwood. This type of wood has a fine uniform texture and usually has a straight grain, sometimes curly or wavy.
Physical properties:Hard maple is heavy, hard, and strong, resistant to wearing and steam bending.They can provide deep embossment that matches the texture of the paper so that they get a third dimension.
